Taking medication isn’t our favorITe task. If we have to take a pill once for a longer period of time it’s not that bothersome. But if someone need to thave it few times a day it might be a bit conbfusing.

The best solution is to create a habbit. At the beginning you have to work hard and keep memorizing that you you need to take a pill after e.g. lunch discover more. But sometimes it might be not that simple as treatment can change and the frequency as well. So in this case you could try out the classical, old ways: writing what you need to to on a piece of paper and put in a visible place for example on the fridge. But in 21st century, when the technical development is growing so fast you could also go for more modern ways.
In some palce it’s possible to find special drug device. It have waritey of design and functions but the basic is the same. The most popular one is the pill bottle with a digital timer that display the amount of time it’s gone since the pills were last taken few tips about drug device. The timer on the cap works like a stopwatch, counting the time passed since the medication was last taken, and resetting itself when the cap is opened. It’s a great option specially for seniors with dementia.
Other even more modern reminder is an apple aplication. Many women keep the app on their tablet and it remind them when they suppose to take the pill, when they have menstruation.
Other more advanced technique is that the device control your physiological system and inform you if the important traits are too low. Nonentherless it’s not that fameous yet and not in all of the situation you can use it.

Taking medications is rarely a pleasant. Fortunatelly other people feel the same and they’ve already thought aboutinvented different kinds of reminders. Try out few of them & go for the most suitable for you!
